Merrick Post 1282 2021 Fall Update

Dear Legionnaire,

Our 2021 FALL meetings will be on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:45 PM. The dates are October 12th, November 9th and December 14th. CDC requirements will be followed.

To ALL members: Rick Ambrosino sends you a THANK YOU for your prayers, cards, phone calls, and visits.

Our First vice Commander, Richard Mecabe has been very successful in his door to door recruitment efforts and has added 14 transferred Post #1 members to our roster. We gladly welcome each and every one and have had some attend our September meeting. Hopefully all of our members, who cannot attend our meetings, will stop and say hello at our “tent” at the Merrick Street Fair on October 23rd & 24tg. Our Second vice Commander, Frank Pedagno has been successful in obtaining a corporate grant for our Post. He has also been quite busy transporting Rick and Joe Ambrosino to doctor and hospital visits. I know that there are many others, whom I am unaware of, that are aiding others in different ways or just keeping in touch with each other by a phone call or a buddy check. THANKS TO ALL OF YOU!
